Today, May 13th, 2025, the team of Metro Center received Jwanro Mohammed, Chairman of the Gorran Movement Faction in the Kurdistan Parliament.

The visit was an opportunity to discuss the civil space, the situation of freedom of journalists and the citizens' protest movement for their legitimate rights.

Jwanro Mohammed, while working in Hawlati newspaper, then the media of the Gorran Movement, was a professional journalist, one of the journalists who constantly supported Metro Center and its goals, and now Metro considers Mr. Jwanro as its representative in his future work in parliament.

Metro Center expects him to be close to the concerns and demands of the Kurdish people and support the bills that are in the interest of citizens and expand freedoms.
