On Monday, September 22nd, 2025, in Sulaimani, in the presence of members of the network, in a press conference, the report on the situation of advocates in the Kurdistan Region was released.

Advocacy of Advocates Network was established on August 12th, 2024 at the proposal of People’s Development Organization. It consists of several civil society organizations, women's organizations, activists and lawyers. Its mission is to follow up and monitor the situation of women's, children's and human rights defenders.
