On February 15, 2026, Metro’s team welcomed journalist Bahroz Faraidoon.

The meeting was an opportunity to discuss the environment of journalism, an environment that is a means of monitoring power and a platform for democratic dialogue as well as a means of ensuring information sharing and conscious political participation of the people in decision-making.

We were pleased to meet this journalist who has had successful programs in several media channels in the Kurdistan Region. He has a good ability to follow up on citizens' problems and touch on sensitive issues, which are rare and influential in different genres of media.
