On July 21st, 2026, in Sulaymaniyah, Metro Center participated in the 18th anniversary of the assassination of journalist Sorani Mama Hama organized by Lvin magazine in the hall of CDO.

At the ceremony, the director of Metro Center, Diyaree Mohammed, read out Metro’s speech and said that, as we have stated in previous years, we demand the rule of law in the case of assassinated journalists, and we demand that the perpetrators of this crime should be punished and the rights should be returned to their rightful owners.
