Sulaimani, October 6th, 2025, Coalition Network 19 announces that the behavior of the security forces against the protesters in front of the Ministry of Health and calls for the immediate release of the four doctors arrested. Demonstrations and protests are organized by law; everyone should respect the laws and not deprive the citizens of the Kurdistan Region of the right to protest.

Doctors graduated from universities outside the Kurdistan Region were attacked by security forces in front of the Ministry of Health building in Erbil and four of them were arrested.

Dr. Osama Daoud, a representative of doctors who graduated from foreign universities, told Network 19, "Security forces arrested four doctors who gathered in front of the Ministry of Health.”

"Four of our friends, Alan Jalal, Rayan Mustafa, Danyar Shukr and Rawa Khalid, were beaten and put in a car and I don't know where they were taken," Dr. Osama said.
