On February 22nd, Amal Saqar head of nama platform for media training and Rahim A Shimari Executive Director, visited Metro.
Amal Saqar head of the organization talked about the media improvement projects of their organization in Iraq that they are working on, and hoped that the cooperation between their organization and Metro Center continues and in the nearest time a memorandum of understanding between the two organizations will be signed.
Director of Metro Center welcomed the delegation, and praised the works of journalist (Amal Saqar) that in Iraq’s tough times worked as an active journalist, we have known her for over 20 years and now in the field of organization we support all her works, and we’re very pleased with our partnership.
NAMA is the gathering of a number of trainers who are experts in media and training from different countries (Iraq, Egypt, UK, USA), it got its license from the Council of Ministers of Iraq -- The office of non-governmental organizations.
Journalist Amal Saqar worked as the regional director of BBC radio in Baghdad, in a number of local and international newspapers، she wrote articles on politics، society، culture and economics. She currently works with Monte Carlo International Radio.
